~ FeNaClNG Debut ~

The Choir made its public debut at the FeNaClNG Festival last weekend. Here's some of the group patiently waiting before our performance.

We sang three songs - John Farnham's "You're the Voice", Rod Stewart's "Sailing" and "Grease Medley".

The Choir is now 48 members strong but two children had prior camping commitments. Everyone looked great in their smart shirts and denims and the big sound system made a huge difference to our performance. In fact we have had nothing but positive, warm comments. We've been told that "Sailing', dedicated to the memory of Sam Ostojich of Sam's Island, produced a few tears...

 ...and everyone loved "Grease"!

The kids had a ball but boy, were we hot by the time we finished. Just look at the kids peeling off their jackets after the performance.

Take another bow, guys and thank you parents for getting your charges to me on time. I was extremely proud of them!
