After working so hard to get everything just right we were very disappointed not to be able to present "Bright Eyes", the middle song of our bracket of three, which featured the solo voices of Ashleigh and Kelsey. Sorry girls- I know you were really looking forward to it but you'll get your chance later in the year, I promise!

We had to sit quietly and listen to the opening speeches then we were ready to go.

It was really hard for us to hear our music on stage, while it was quite overpowering the audience below. Still the kids looked terrific and sang their hearts out.

"Eye of the Tiger" was the standout, with Zac and James sparring at the front of the group.

There was a big turnout of parents and friends cheering us on.

And then it was all over and we took a bow.

Congratulations kids, you did Dampier proud!
