Once our boxes were finished, we wanted to see how they were received, firstly by our Year 6/7 buddies and then by our little friends in Year One. Our big buddies actually had a review sheet to fill out, supporting what we thought about our creations.

It was interesting to see that the big kids were a little bit wary and surprised by what they felt. Cameron's 'squishy' thing created a lot of lively discussion.

Here's some of the comments on our work:

I loved the pictures on Holden's box and I love the colour Holden chose. (Ally)

I don't know what the squishy thing inside Cameron's box is. (Emily)

Ruby's box looks great. It was creative to  do all different shapes and pictures . (Harri)

I think Lochlan's rubber glove was the most unusual article. (Keah)

Jason decorated his box well and it looks very colourful. (Bradley)

Emma-Jane's box was interesting and cool, it was hardish to guess. (Rachel & Rob)

  Brodie did really well on his box and the things were hard to guess. The outside was neat and colourful. (Sarah & Busta)

The rubber glove would have caused Kelston problems because you can't fit it through the hole. (Ashleigh)

The most unusual article I felt in Harrison's box was the rubber lure. (Ryan)

It is quite colourful, has interesting shapes on it and I'm guessing that Georgia likes purple and pink. (Kevin)

We thought Mikayla's box was really great and she did an awesome job. (Taj & Grace)

I think Jessica made her box very pretty and very eye-catching. (Hayley)

I didn't know what the bionicle part in Levi's box was, I thought it was spiky Lego grass. (Keah)

I felt a pipe cleaner, candle, packaging foam, a plastic bag, a peg, feathers, cotton wool, cellophane, crepe paper, fishing line, chalk, string, a rock and bubble wrap in Chloe's box. (Shelby)

Caitlin's box is very colouful and has good textures and patterns. (Nick)

The bead was the most unusual article in Haddon's box because it felt a bit like spaghetti. (Nikki)

Callum's Touchie Feelie Box was very interesting and different. (Megan & Chloe)

The soft stuff would have caused Alice the most problems because it filled the whole Box. (Lynden)

Morgan's box was good, I didn't know a lot of things. (Sunnie)
